What can I expect from services?

Comprehensive and standardized assessments, customized treatment plans, effective carryover activities, and ongoing progress notes.

How long will my child need therapy?

The length of time in therapy depends upon many factors, such as the severity of the delay, frequency, consistency of treatment, and carryover outside of the therapy session.

How long is each therapy session?

Speech-Language Therapy/Tutoring sessions average 30 minutes.

Patricia specializes in working with school-aged children.

What are the hours of service?

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Will insurance cover my child’s therapy?

Clients should contact their insurance company to review their policy’s coverage and restrictions.

What is a Speech-Language screening?

A screening is a series of tasks and questions that I use to determine if further assessment is needed. There is no fee for a screening.

What is an evaluation?

An evaluation is a standardized and comprehensive assessment tool to determine specific delays and disorders.   The results of the assessment will determine if treatment is recommended. The evaluation rate will apply to this service.

When should I consider having my child tested?

As soon as you suspect any Speech-Language or other Developmental concerns. Early Intervention is critical in knowing whether your child needs therapy; it will help give you peace of mind and direction regarding your child’s development.

Cancellation Policy?

A 24-hour cancellation policy is required for all appointments. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in full charges for the missed session.
